To create a full-scale mock-up of the DDA-120M engine, a 3D printer was purchased. TThe mock-up allows evaluating the ergonomics and design of the product. To create a layout, the engine was cut into several components, from which the entire engine will be assembled.
It is also planned to use a 3D printer for the manufacture of foundry models of developed parts. This printer uses the method of layer-by-layer deposition of an object using a digital 3D model.
