Three-dimensional models of fuel equipment elements for the designed engine are being developed. Also, three-dimensional models of cylinder block, crankcase, and flywheel elements have been constructed. A detailed design configuration of the engine without outside-mounted components was obtained.

Three-dimensional strength calculations of the elements of the crank mechanism were carried out.

Engine intake ducts were profiled to improve mixture formation and fuel combustion in the engine combustion chamber. After that, three-dimensional hydrogasdynamic calculations were carried out. However, the results were unsatisfactory. Several solutions to these issues have been discovered, and three-dimensional calculations have been planned.

After laboratory tests of fuel equipment on a non-motorized test bench, the obtained results were slightly diverging from theoretical studies. As a result of this, has been decided to correct three-dimensional models of fuel equipment parts. Design documentation for the manufacture of some parts was developed.
