Due to the fact that the engine under development will be equipped with a turbocharger, numerical studies were carried out to determine its main characteristics. After the calculations, its main indicators were determined and already existing in the market serial unit, satisfying these characteristics, was selected.

Numerical studies were also conducted to optimize the geometry of the combustion chamber and the fuel equipment being developed. To verify theoretical studies, experiments were conducted on similar fuel equipment. The results of the experiments revealed a noticeable improvement in performance compared to previous months. Development of parts continues, both of fuel equipment and of the entire engine.
