Preliminary analytical strength calculations of the crank gear were carried out. Three-dimensional models of crank mechanism elements (piston, pin, connecting rod, and crank), and cylinder block liners have been developed. A detailed design configuration of the geometry for combustion chamber elements has been obtained. Based on this, the overall dimensions of the cylinder head for one cylinder block were determined. The sizes and parameters of the elements of the valve gear assembly (valves, camshaft, springs, seats, etc.) are determined. The location of the plugs, camshafts and fuel equipment located in the head of the block according to the outline design is determined. According to this project, a model of the cylinder block and engine crankcase was created.
